Have you ever wondered who St. Joseph was, given the minimal mention of him in Sacred Scripture? Do you know why he is given the title "Terror of Demons" and "Most Just"? Do you desire to grow in your relationship with this great saint and be inspired to follow his example?
Come discuss the life of St. Joseph and explore how his virtues embody Catholic Masculinity and the multifaceted roles of husband, father, and worker. We will meet for five weeks beginning on April 3rd, using the Consecration to St. Joseph by Fr. Donald Calloway to guide our discussion.
Men who choose to consecrate themselves to St. Joseph will be challenged to grow in these virtues and embrace St. Joseph as our spiritual father. Participants will also gain a greater understanding of the many saints in the Church who have had particular devotions to St. Joseph and helped to foster a greater love for this member of the Holy Family over the centuries.
To participate, please complete the registration below. Registrants must also purchase their own copy of the book. The consecration begins on Saturday, March 30th, so please begin your prayerful reading on this day in advance of our first meeting the following week. Families of those participating are also invited to be a part of a special ceremony on Wednesday, May 1st (The Feast of St. Joseph the Worker) after St. Cecilia's 7 pm Holy Hour. During this final gathering the men will complete their consecration.
