High School Small Groups Registration Form
- Welcome to High School Small Groups. Please fill out the registration form for each teen. Boys meet Monday nights and Girls meet Thursday nights. All sessions will be from 6:30 - 8:00 PM. Even if those days do not work for you, but your teen is interested in joining in, please sign up and let us know what days work best for you. As we grow we will be starting up other groups.
