A program for girls of all backgrounds dedicated to building courage, confidence, and character — and making the world a better place.

    • Who we are

Girl Scouts of the USA is the world's preeminent leadership development organization for girls, open to girls in kindergarten through 12th grade. Girl Scouts is dedicated to building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place through service to their community and country. At the heart of the Girl Scout Promise is a commitment to serve God and one's country — a value deeply at home in our parish community.

Troop4533 offers a variety of activities with each family opting into what fits their lifestyle and commitment. Activities range from camping trips to community service projects, badge work and faith-inspired reflection. We have regular bi-monthly meetings from August to May with extracurricular activities woven in for those interested in attending.

    • Things to know

A Time-Honored Program for Girls, Rooted in ValuesGirl Scouts has been empowering girls for over 110 years. Our troop meets [day and frequency] in [location]. The Girl Scout Promise begins with a commitment to serve God — and that foundation of faith shapes everything we do, from badge work and outdoor adventures to service in our local community.

Let Your Daughters Grow in Confidence, Character, and FaithThere is a genuine need in our world for girls who are capable, compassionate, and courageous. Girl Scouts gives girls the tools they need to discover their God-given strengths, connect with one another, and take action on causes they care about — all in a safe, supportive, and fun environment grounded in shared values.

Encourage Your Daughters to Become Leaders Through Girl ScoutsThe Girl Scout Leadership Experience is built around four key processes — Discover, Connect, Take Action, and Learn — and five outcomes that shape girls into leaders of integrity:

      1. Girls develop a strong sense of self. Through age-appropriate experiences, girls build confidence and self-awareness, understanding their values, God-given gifts, and what makes them uniquely created to serve the world.
      2. Girls develop positive values. Girl Scouts encourages girls to act with integrity and ethical responsibility — values rooted in faith that guide their decisions and relationships throughout life.
      3. Girls seek challenges and learn from setbacks. Whether mastering a new skill or persisting through a difficult project, girls learn that challenges are opportunities to grow — and that they are never facing them alone.
      4. Girls develop healthy relationships. Troop life fosters teamwork, communication, and lasting friendships across age groups, reflecting the call to love and serve one another as a community.
      5. Girls identify and solve problems in the community. Through the Girl Scout Cookie Program, service projects, and the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award journeys, girls develop a sense of civic and moral responsibility — discovering they have the power to be a force for good in the world.
    • With a progressive, age-appropriate structure — from Daisy to Ambassador — girls build on their skills and experiences year after year, growing from curious young learners into confident, faith-filled young women ready to lead with purpose.
