In the spirit of journeying together in faith throughout all chapters of life, the Eastside Family of Parishes is dedicated to the well-being of the senior members of the family who are a vital part of the community. 

The mission of EPIC (Extraordinary Parishioners Involved in Community) is to provide fellowship, engagement, activity, and inclusion for senior parishioners.

We do this through hosting monthly social and spiritual activities and events. If you are 65+ then EPIC is for you! In the past, we've offered presentations on genealogy, the roots of German Catholicism in Cincinnati, and the Blessed Mother. Prayerful time together is something we value, and we seek out opportunities to attend Mass before many of our events, as well as taking time to reflect during the liturgical seasons. Our social calendars are always chalked full between enjoying Guinness and shepherd's pie on St. Patrick's Day, hamburgers and hotdogs during our summer cookout, and Oktoberfest with creampuffs and beer cheese. And if you want to get away, we take day trips to Keeneland, Cincinnati Art Museum, the Irish Heritage Center, and larger excursions to places like the Cape!

As we grow older, our need for connection deepens, but the ways in which we connect change. Fun and fellowship are the hallmarks of every EPIC activity, but spirituality and community underscore it all.
